The debt is in the sum of HK$19,073,182.43 being the balance of the outstanding sum on three cheques which were dishonoured. 2.The statutory demand for the debt was served on the company on 6 November 2001 and the petition herein was filed on 3 December 2001. The company does not oppose the petition, as I gather from a letter of its solicitors dated 4 July 2002 and it has not appeared today. That being the case, I make an order to wind up the company and that the petitioner's costs be paid out of the company's assets.
