This is an action for an alleged breach by the defendant of an agreement dated 12 October 1998 ("the Agreement") (3:167) whereby the defendant agreed to sell to the plaintiff 30,000 of his shares for US$300,000 in a company called Teleway Communications Ltd ("Teleway").
