1.The petition herein was presented by Pan Ocean Shipping Co. 2.When the matter first came before me on 29 July 2002, I adjourned the petition for four weeks as I had indication from the petitioner that it would like to explore the possibility of a settlement with the Company. I understand from Mr Wong who appears for the petitioner today that the negotiation has fallen through and he seeks a winding-up order.

3.In the circumstances, I make a winding-up order against the Company and I order that the costs of the petition be paid out of the Company's assets.
