1. This is an application for leave to appeal against conviction and sentence by madam Kwok Tai Tai who was the second defendant at the trial before His Honour Judge Caird in the District Court. She was convicted on one charge of assisting in the management of a vice establishment, contrary to section 139(1)(b) of the Crimes Ordinance.
