1. The parties are in dispute over two agreements relating to aluminium ingots. In a judgment handed down on 7 April 1997, I held that the parties had submitted to an international arbitration, and stayed an action instituted by the plaintiff. This arbitration agreement did not identify the names or numbers of arbitrators, or any mechanism for appointment.
