On the 22nd December, 1983 the Tribunal upheld the claim of the Respondent (1st Claimant) against her employer, the Appellant (Defendant) for $1,560 wages in lieu of notice of termination of employment under section 8A of the Employment Ordinance (Cap 57") and $12,935.00 severance pay under section 31B of the same Ordinance.
