1. From the tragic events of 2nd December 1982 only the 4th Plaintiff's claim under paragraph 12(C) of the statement of claim remains. The parties have settled the claims of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Plaintiffs, as indeed they have the 4th Plaintiff's own claim for general damages.
