1. By their amended Originating Summons, the Plaintiffs seek an order under 5.12 of the Arbitration Ordinance that the court appoint an arbitrator to act as such under an arbitration agreement dated 28th March 1988. Further, they seek, if necessary, an extension of time for commencing their arbitration pursuant to the provisions of S.29 of the Arbitration Ordinance.
