2.At the hearing before me on 14 January 2002, I adjourned the petition to today on condition that the debtor is to pay into Court HK$400,000.00, being the undisputed part of the debt, by 15 February 2002. I was told by the petitioner's solicitor that no payment into Court has been made to date by the debtor, who has not attended today's hearing. That being the position, I make a bankruptcy order against the debtor with costs to the petitioner.
