1. There are two actions before me: HCA 12310 & HCA 12312 of 1997. Both are brought by the same plaintiffs, Emperor Futures Limited ("Emperor Futures") and Emperor Finance Limited ("Emperor Finance"). They and Emperor Securities Limited ("Emperor Securities") are members of the Emperor Group.
