This is an appeal by the Defendant against the order of Master Ho given on 6th July 1999, ordering that final judgment in HCA5241/99 be entered against the Defendant for the sum of HK$140,000 together with interest and costs as claimed in the Statement of Claim. There is also before me an application for summary judgment by the Plaintiff in HCA11164/99.
