1． 申請人周順鏞先生於一宗遺產案件中以提出警告的人（person warning）的身份向案中兩名知會備忘登記人（caveators）提出訴訟。經?訟多時，申請人先後被高等法院聆案官﹑法官及上訴法庭法官頒令須向知會備忘登記人支付堂費。
