1. On 4 th March 1998, Registrar Betts heard the Plaintiff's Order 14 application and ordered final judgment in the action to be entered against the Defendant for the amount of US$73,216.00, together with interest on the said amount at the judgment rate from 1 st August 1997 to the date of payment, and the costs of the application to the Plaintiff, to be taxed if not agreed.
