1. The plaintiff Companies brought actions in which the principal relief sought was an injunction to restrain the defendant Bank from disclosing details of their accounts with the Bank. They then applied for, and obtained from the judge in chambers, interim injunctions to restrain disclosure pending trial. It was against those interim injunctions that the Bank appealed.
