This Appellant was convicted in the Magistracy of six charges, the first being Obstructing a Police Officer in the Due Execution of his Duty, contrary to section 36(b) of the Offences Against the person Ordinance, Cap. 212. The 2nd charge was Resisting a Police Officer in the Due Execution of his Duty, contrary to the same section. Charges 3 and 4 related to his Assaulting a Police Officer in the Due Execution of his Duty, contrary to section 36(b) of the Offences Against the Person Ordinance
