1. These two petitions for a receiving order were heard together as they arose from the same facts and the debtors are husband and wife. The petitions were opposed on the grounds that the debtors have insufficient assets to pay a dividend of 15% subject to the appropriate deductions under S. 9(3) of the Bankruptcy Ordinance. The amount of the debt and inability to pay is not in issue.
