J U D G M E N T

1.This is a creditor's petition for the debtor's bankruptcy based on a judgment debt in the sum of about $7 million. The judgment debt is undisputed but the debtor opposes the petition and asks for an adjournment on the ground, in essence, that there will be funds available to meet the judgment debt. The assets which are put forward in support of this assertion include :

(1) the debtor's alleged entitlements in certain toll road projects; and

(2) loans which will be advanced to her.

2.Having considered the affirmations and exhibits thereto, I agree with the petitioner that there is insufficient material to support the debtor's assertion.

3.There is no other valid reason to adjourn this petition or to refuse to make a bankruptcy order.

4.Accordingly, there will be the usual bankruptcy order with costs.
