2.Having considered the affirmations and exhibits thereto, I agree with the petitioner that there is insufficient material to support the debtor's assertion. 3.There is no other valid reason to adjourn this petition or to refuse to make a bankruptcy order. 4.Accordingly, there will be the usual bankruptcy order with costs.
