Please note the following amendments in the Decision handed down on 31 January 2004 by the Honourable Mr Justice Chung sitting in Chambers:

1. At the front page, "Date of Hearing: 2 April 2003" is amended to read "Dates of Hearing: 26 March 2003 and 2 April 2003".

2. At paragraph 1(b), substitute the words "the defendants' said summons" by "the defendants' summons dated 9 October 2002".

3. At paragraph 25, substitute the words "the hearing on 2 April 2003" by "the hearings on 26 March 2003 and 2 April 2003".

4. At paragraph 27, substitute the words "the hearing on 2 April 2003" by "the hearings on 26 March 2003 and 2 April 2003".
