Kindly note the following corrections in the judgment dated 12 July 2000 by the Hon. Madam Justice Beeson in the above case :

(1) At page 7 line O, a paragraph should be inserted as following:

"Pursuant to the agreement of the parties incorporated in the Statement of Agreed Facts dated 28.6.2000, the sum of US$3,322.65, being the total of Defendant's Debit Notes 307/98 and 312/98, is to be set off against the Plaintiff's claim."

(2) At page 7 lines P & Q, "US$101,800.00 sum is awarded at the commercial lending rate " should be deleted and substituted therefor by "US$98,477.35 is awarded at 2% over the prime lending rate".
