Kindly note the following corrections in the Reasons for Decision of the above-mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Madam Justice Yuen, Justice of Appeal in Court on 2 January 2004: -

(1) all references to "DF 2212" should read "HF 2212", i.e. at

p.5, para 13, between line (L) and line (M)	:	The words "DF 2212" should read " HF 2212"

p.9, para 26, between line (F) and line (G)	:	The words "DF 2212" should read " HF 2212"

p.9, para 26, between line (H) and line (I)	:	The words "DF 2212" should read " HF 2212"

(2) all references to the trial judge in the feminine gender should be in the masculine gender , i.e.

p.6, para. 17, between line (I) and line (J)	:	The word "herself" should read "himself"

p.6, para. 17, between line (K) and line (L)	:	The word " she" should read "he"
