Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above case handed down by the Court of Appeal on 27 December 2002:

Para. 7, 2nd last line, the date "8 December 2002" be substituted with "8 July 2002" so that the sentence should read as "The defendant appealed by a notice of appeal dated 12 July 2002 (leave to appeal having been granted by Mr Justice Rogers VP on 8 July 2002)."
