Please be informed that the sentence commencing 8 lines from the top of page 5 "The damages for the Plaintiff's pain, suffering and loss of amenities were HK$120,000." should read "The damages for the Plaintiff's pain, suffering and loss of amenities were HK$150,000." and the sentence commencing 5 lines from the bottom of page 13 " Judgment is for the Plaintiff at the agreed sum of HK$120,000." should read "Judgment is for the Plaintiff at the agreed sum of HK$150,000.".
