Kindly note the following corrections in the Reasons for Decision of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Ma on 22 January 2003:
The Heading, immediate above the words "IN THE HIGH COURT OF THE", the action no. should read as "HCA 254/2002" instead of "HAC 254/2002".
Para. 8, 2nd line, the last word "defendants" be deleted and substituted with "plaintiff" so that the sentence should read as "By a summons ......., the plaintiff sought an unless order to the effect that unless the defendants .......".
Para. 12, second last line, the date "15 January 2003" should be "14 January 2003" instead so that the sentence should read as "By letter dated 6 January 2003 from the court, the parties were informed that the hearing fixed for 14 January 2003, would proceed."
Para. 16(1), third line, the date "22 November 2002" should be "20 November 2002" instead so that the sentence should read as "The defendants, . ...... (who appeared for himself and the 2nd Defendant at the 20 November 2002 hearing), ........"
