Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Suffiad on 19 December 2000:-

1. Page 5, Line C should read as "30 November and 2 December 1999" instead of " 30 November and 2 December 2000";

2. Page 6, :Line K should read as "dated 30 November and 2 December 1999" instead of "dated 30 November and 2 December 2000";

3. Page 10, Line D should read as "30 November 1999" instead of "30 November 2000";

4. Page 10, Line E should read as "2 December 1999" instead of 2 December 2000".
