Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Ma on 26 March 2003:

Para. 41(5), 13th line, the amount "HK$136,000,381.90" be deleted and substituted with "HK$136,381.90" so that the sentence should read as "Thirdly, the various items identified by ......... an additional HK$136,381.90 was due to him, .........".
