Kindly note the following correction in the Reasons for Decision of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Ma on 22nd January 2002:

Page 13, lines H-I, the 5th word "plaintiff" be substituted with the words "1st defendant" so that the sentence should read "I would not have allowed the increase if I had known that the available assets of the 1st defendant were non-existent."
