Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Ma on 28 September 2002:

Para. 14, Line 13, the 11th word "defendant" be substituted with "plaintiff" so that the sentence should read "However unsatisfactory the way the plaintiffs have approached the matter, the credibility of in particular the 2nd plaintiff must be left for the trial judge."
