By some inverted form of mental gymnastics, the existence of which went unobserved by this proof reader, the section of the Criminal Procedure Code Cap. 221, which, of course, does apply to the District Court, became firmly fixed in the judgment delivered on 30th May in place of the one that mattered - and which does not.

For section "67A" in the first paragraph on page 3 - and in the Headnote - there should be read section "68".
