2. At page 3, the 1st line of the 1st paragraph, the word "D3" should be amended to "TSUI".

3. At Page 4, the 1st line of the 1st paragraph, the words "Later these four called and collected D1" should be deleted and the following words should be substituted:-

"Later they were joined by CHAN Kam-keung "

4. At page 8, the 8th line from the top, the word "primarly" should be "primarily".

5. At page 11, the 4th line of the 2nd paragraph, the words "defendants. Inasmuch as" should be amended to "defendants inasmucheas".
