At page 3, 2nd paragraph, line 2, for "Independent Commission Against Corruption" substitute:

" Anti-Corruption Office of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force"

Line 3 for "Prevention of Corruption Ordinance" substitute :

" Prevention of Bribery Ordinance"

At page 4, 2nd paragraph, line 5, the three sentences beginning with "It was pursuant to this . . . " to line 12 ending with ". . . the first count" should read as follows:

" It was pursuant to this information that Cheng and the appellant were subsequently arrested and that Cheng was charged with an offence under Section 10 of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance. The appellant was charged under Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Ordinance. Subsequently Cheng was also charged under Section 3 of the same Ordinance and they were both charged with the conspiracy laid in the first count."

At page 5, 2nd paragraph, line 2, between the words "Section" and "offence" insert "10":

" denying the Section 10 offence".

At page 15, line 5 for "Section 23 of the Prevention of Corruption Ordinance" substitute:

"Section 23 of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance".
