Kindly note the following corrections in the Judgment of the above case handed down by the Court of Appeal on 17 March 2003:

Para. 171, 1st line, the word 'comprehensibly' be deleted and substituted with 'comprehensively' so that the sentence should read "My Lord Cheung JA has comprehensively set out the relevant facts and documents in his judgment."

Para. 207(5), last line, the word "was" be deleted and substituted with "is" so that the sentence should read "It may have been part of the overall arrangement between the parties but that is not what section 45(5) says.
