Kindly note the following corrections in the aforesaid judgment:

(1) At page 18, line N, delete the last sentence which reads "... a costs order nisi should be made in favour of the Tribunal" and replace it with "... a costs order nisi should be made in favour of the Financial Secretary";

(2) At page 23, line C, delete the last sentence which reads "... an order nisi that the Tribunal is to have its costs of the appeal to be paid by the applicants" and replace it with "... an order nisi that the Financial Secretary is to have its costs of the appeal to be paid by the applicants".
