Please note that the following amendments should be made to the Judgment:

1)	In paragraphs 13(2), 22(2) and 28(2), the word 'equip' should be the word 'equipment'.
2)	In the 1st line of paragraph 46, the word '2nd' should be the word '1st'.
3)	In the 7th line of paragraph 48, the word 'contract' should be the word 'contractor'.
4)	In the 2nd line of paragraph 74, the words 'of BD2' should be added after the words 'page 120'.
5)	In the 3rd line of paragraph 74, the words 'page 26' should be amended to the words 'page 126 of BD2'.
6)	In the 6th line of paragraph 96, the word 'sheet' should be added after the word 'operating'.
7)	In the 10th line of paragraph 121, the word 'change' should be amended to the word 'charge'.
