Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above mentioned case delivered by the H.H. Judge Carlson on 5th January 2001:-

1. The names of the Applicant and the Respondent should read as 'Kong Hon Hung' & 'Yuen Hing (China) Transportation Limited' instead of 'So Yiu Sang' & 'Masons Company'.

2. The name of the solicitors of Messrs. Masons shuld read as "Monita" instead of "Monica'.
