1. Paragraph 22 ( c ), $1,225 (max) should be $476 (actual);

2. Paragraph 22, Sub-total of $2,568 should be $1,819;

3. Paragraph 23, $68,011.12 should be $67,262.12;

4. Paragraph 24, an overpayment of $133,996.86 (i.e. $202,007.98 - $68,011.12) should be $134,745.86 ($202,007.98 - $67,262.12).
