Paragraph 1 of the Judgment should be replaced by the following :

1. The Plaintiff has been employed by the Respondent as a driver and delivery worker since about April 1997 earning HK$17,000 per month. He was injured at work on 19th May 1997. On that day, when he was carrying out delivery work in a warehouse in Kwai Chung, a forklift ran over his right foot and collided with his ankle causing injuries to his lower limb.
