Kindly note the following correction in the Judgement of the above mentioned case delivered by His Honour Judge Carlson on 16th November 2001.

1. The name of the Plaintiff as appeared in the heading should be "Fok Kau" instead of "Fok Kall".

UPON the application of the Applicant.

AND UPON hearing the Applicant appearing in person and the Respondent being absent.

IT IS ORDERED that ;

1. Service by the Court Bailiff to the Respondent be deemed good service ;

2. Leave for the Respondent to file with Court and serve on the Applicant an answer within 21 days from the date hereof,

3. The Respondent do file with Court and serve on the Applicant for the purpose of Section 11 a list of earnings of the Applicant for the 12 month-period prior to the accident or such lesser period of the employment with the Respondent within 21 days from the date hereof;

4. Application be adjourned to the Call-over List at 9:30 a.m. on 14th December, 2001 before His Honour Judge Carlson in Court No. 38.

5. Costs of this call-over hearing be costs in the cause; and

6. Court to draw up this order and to serve it on the Respondent by ordinary post to the Respondent's address appearing in the Application.
