The first sentence of paragraph 56 on page 14 of the Judgment should read :

"In the circumstances, there will be judgment in favour of the Applicant against the Respondent in the sum of HK$145,517.48 with interest thereon at half judgment rate (that is, 4% p.a.) from 20th February 2001 to the date of judgment and thereafter at judgment rate until full payment. There is no reason ......"
