Kindly note the following correction in the Judgement of the above mentioned case handed down by Deputy High Court Judge Carlson on 30th January, 2003.

Paragragh 56 ( i ) on page 27 should be amended to read as follows ;

"Pain, suffering and loss of amenity together with 2% interest from the date of the issue of the writ until judgment."
