Please note that pages 6, 12, 13, 14 & 15 of the Judgment dated 10 May 2000 have the following amendments:-

(1) At page 6, in the 3rd line of the last paragraph under the paragraph "Applicant's evidence and submission", delete the word of "Respondent" and is amended by the word "Applicant";

(2) At page 12, under the paragraph of "Adjustments of chosen comparables". In the table, under the "Parties" column, amendments are as follows:-
