This Tribunal has made the following amendments to the Decision handed down on 17th December 2003:-

1. Under 11 of the "Statements of Facts" on P.4 of the Decision: the word "Be" in line 1 was deleted and replaced by "By".

2. Under Para.12: in line 3, after "disposing", the word "of" was added. In line 5, after "to dispose", the word "of" was added.

3. Under Para.15: in line 2, the word "these" was deleted and replaced by "there".

4. Under Para.16: in line 1 the word "export" was deleted and replaced by "expert". In line 4 the word "form" was deleted.

5. Under Para. 17: in line 1 the word "fact" was deleted and replaced by "facts". In line 4 the phrase "the place" was deleted and replaced by "take place".

6. On P.11, in the top first line, the phrase "expert's report" was deleted and replaced by "experts' reports". Line 8 from the top, the word "contained" was deleted.

7. Under Para. 18: in line 2 the word "week's" was deleted and replaced by "weeks' ".
