The Tribunal has made the following amendments to the judgment delivered on 5th June 2001: -

1. At P.8, paragraph 17, "Ms Cullen" be amended to read as "Mr. Cullen";

2. At P.4, paragraph 8, P.7, paragraphs 15, 16, and P.8, paragraph 17, "42th Floor" be amended to read as "42nd Floor";

3. At P.8, last line of paragraph 19, "the Respondent's alleged problem" be amended to read as "the Applicant's alleged problem";

4. At P.9, "Ms M.C. Chiu of Messrs. Therese P.F. Chow & Co." be amended to read as "Mr. M.C. Chiu instructed by Messrs. Therese P.F. Chow & Co."
