In the written Ruling on the application for amendments by Counsel for the Plaintiff :

1.     On page 2, second last line, please substitute :

(i)    5th word 'grossly' with 'gross';

(ii)    6th word 'inadequately' with 'inadequacy'.

(iii)    insert after the 7th word 'pleaded' the word 'in'.

The line should now read as '.....effect of diminishing the gross inadequacy pleaded in .....'

2.     Page 3, second paragraph, third line, the third last word should be 'a', not 'an'.
