Kindly note the following typographical error in the Decision above mentioned handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Chung sitting in Chambers on 28th August, 2000 : -
1) "inconsistent with the need to enact" s.8 Cap.57 in page 13 letter K of the decision be deleted and substituted by "inconsistent with the meaning of " s.8 of Cap. 57
2) The name of Plaintiff's counsel "Anselms" in page 19 letter R of the decision be deleted and substituted by "Anselmo".
