(2) From line A to line C of page 11, repeal "it also remains for me to dismiss the defendants' application to discharge the injunction order granted by the Hon Mr Justice Hartmann with costs." and substitute "it is unnecessary for me to continue the injunction order granted by the Hon Mr Justice Hartmann."
