In paragraphs 82 (1) and (2), insert after "Property 1 and Property 2" the following:

"save and except the part of Lot No. 24 in D.D. 128 and of Lot Nos. 2387, 2398, 2409, 2410 and 2411 in D.D. 129 that had been resumed by the Government on 18 March 1998 and 22 August 2001, as the case may be."

In paragraph 82(3) on the 2nd line, the sentence after the comma should read:

"save and except the part of Lot No. 24 in D.D. 128 and of Lot Nos. 2387, 2398, 2409, 2410 and 2411 in D.D. 129 that had been resumed by the Government on 18 March 1998 and 22 August 2001, as the case may be."
