Kindly note the following correction in the ruling of the above mentioned case given by the Honourable Justice Suffiad on 9th December 1998:-

1. Page 3, line 1, should read "delivery and the absence" instead of "delivery in the absence";

2. Page 3, para 2, line 6, should read "the Defendant had paid into Court" instead of "the Plaintiff had paid into Court".
