Kindly note the following correction in the judgment of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Cheung on 5 January 2001: -

Page 18, the 5th line, after the word "fairly" insert "conducted" so that the sentence should read "So long as the exercise is honestly and fairly conducted, the court cannot and should not interfere nor will they allow the wardship jurisdiction to be used for a like purpose".
