We spoke. The amendments are as follows:-
1) On Page 3, line Q, after "application for leave to appeal" the sentence "and on 7 September 1999 the Appeal Committee dismissed Shing and Kwong's applications for leave to appeal." should be added.
2) On Page 5, line G, add "whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere" after "...concerned in".
3) On page 5, lines P-Q, "and includes dealing, whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere, with any property which in whole or in part directly or indirectly represents any person's proceeds of drug trafficking." should be indented.
4) On page 6, line M, add "in connection with drug trafficking" after "...Ordinance)".
5) On page 7, line M add "10 Cr App R (S) 289, [1988]" before "Crim LR 775,"
6) On page 19, lines Q, after "R. v. Ilsemann" add the words "(1990) 12 Cr. App. R (S) 398".
7) On page 19, line R, the citation of R. v. Walbrook and Glasgow should read as "(1994) 15 Cr. App. R. (S) 783"
8) On page 24, line K, after "R. v. Szrajber" add the words "(1994) 15 Cr. App. R (S) 821".
9) The case should read "R. v. Szrajber" instead of "R. v. Szrajiber" as appeared on page 24, line K; page 30, line O; page 32, line K; and page 40, line F
