Kindly note the following amendment in the Reasons for Decision handed down by the Honourable Mr Justice Chung sitting in Chambers on 23 November 2000:

The Solicitors' Firm of the 1st Respondent in HCCW467/98, which appears between line J and line K on the last page, should be "Messrs Liu, Choi & Chan" instead of "Messrs Liu, Chan & Lam".
